Brogent Technologies to Acquire Flyover Attractions, Expanding Its Global Immersive Entertainment Platform

Taipei, Taiwan — Brogent Technologies Inc. (Taipei Exchange: 5263) (“Brogent”), a global provider of flying theater ride systems and immersive attraction technology, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Flyover Attractions (“Flyover”) from Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. (NYSE: PRSU) for approximately USD 78.4 million.
