(Taipei Exchange: 5263) (“Brogent”), a global provider of flying theater ride systems and immersive attraction technology, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Flyover Attractions (“Flyover”) from Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. (NYSE: PRSU) for approximately USD 78.4 million.
Flyover is a leading immersive flying theater attraction brand, with operations in Vancouver, Iceland, Las Vegas, and Chicago. The transaction is expected to close this spring, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
This acquisition represents a strategic step in Brogent’s long-term evolution, expanding its capabilities from ride system engineering into a more integrated immersive solution provider. By combining Brogent’s technology platform with Flyover’s creative, operational, and guest experience expertise, the transaction supports a more aligned approach to attraction development, deployment, and long-term operations.
Brogent has delivered more than 100 media-based attraction solutions across over 20 countries, serving operators in theme parks, cultural destinations, and location-based entertainment venues worldwide. Flyover has welcomed over nine million guests to date and is recognized for its immersive storytelling, operational excellence, and distinctive guest experiences.
